This policy explains what information Quantum Medical (“we”, “us”) collects when you use quantumuae.ae, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the laws of the United Arab Emirates that apply to us.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us, plus a small amount of technical data:

• Enquiry and consultation forms: your name, email address and phone number, and, where the form asks for them, your organisation, city, enquiry type and message.
• Technical data: your IP address when you submit a form, used to block spam and repeated automated submissions.
• Language preference: your chosen site language (English or Arabic) is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. It is not sent to us.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website. Please do not send detailed medical records through the website forms; we will ask for clinical information directly when you book an assessment.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange consultations or follow-up.
• To respond to partnership and referral requests from healthcare professionals and organisations.
• To keep a record of our communication with you.
• To protect the website against spam and misuse.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and deliver our messages, such as our website hosting provider and our email delivery service, and only so they can provide that service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and maintain our records, and then delete it or make it anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Children

Many of our patients are children. Enquiries about a child should be sent by a parent or legal guardian.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
